Warranty registration

To register an air source heat pump, the installer must complete this through Baxi Works. As a Baxi Works member, installers can register all products across our range including; boilers, cylinders and POU water heaters.

If you are a homeowner or an installer who is not registered as a Baxi Works member and wish to register a product (excluding air source heat pumps), please complete the form below.
