What is a BER?
BER stands for Building Energy Rating. The label gives your building a rating on a scale from A to G, with A being the highest.
It is similar to the rating you will find on a refrigerator or other household electrical appliance.
It is compulsory for all homes being sold or rented to have a BER.
How can I find a BER assessor?
You can find a BER assessor in your area on the BER Assessors Association of Ireland website.
You can find all the information you need about BERs in this handy guide.
